If the grass is tall enough, you'll end up with some pokey balls anyway

And leeches in Australia… not to mention the countless deadly spiders and snakes… and I hope it's not the Northern Territory, with freshwater crocs in the riverbed

It looks really dumb and obviously works as no boundary at all, but often bylaws, HOA rules or other rules conflict. For example, an HOA might require you to fence your yard on all sides, while a city bylaw restricts fences next to green spaces or nature parks. I dare you to walk around the fence. That's how my friend glitched and got stuck in the invisible wall. It took firefighters 2 hours to get him out.
