I lent someone 10k. She said she'd pay it back within a few days, but it's been a month now and she keeps putting it off.
Realistically, what options do I have in the Philippines to get the money back?

Just let it go and think of it as charity. Next time, draw up an agreement and repayment terms that you both sign, or ask for collateral (like a vehicle's OR/CR).
