I'm looking forward to the high-speed rail from Angeles to El Nido.

They can't even handle garbage disposal, but they're trying to build high-speed rail? 😂

Looking at the south end of NLEX, it doesn't seem possible, but then again, after years of chaos on EDSA we suddenly got a Skyway that I never would have believed possible 10 years ago, and I love it. I don't care about the toll..

It's not a high-speed train but a regular train running fully on electricity. It'll get finished because it's a Japanese-led project, and Japan has a good track record with projects in the Philippines. Partial operation from Valenzuela to Malolos, Bulacan is projected for 2027, and all the way to Clark by 2028. Exciting times ahead for the region with the railway, and hopefully Pax Silica.
