Planning a visit
Okay, so I recently became single and I'm 58. I'm 6'1" and I guess I'm on the attractive side. At least when I was younger I dated a lot of different women.
I'm thinking of spending a couple of months in the Philippines. I'm looking into places to stay and thinking about a condo rather than just a hotel room. From what I've seen, Cebu seems like a good choice overall. To be completely honest, I definitely want to meet some women. I'll just say this much: my 15-year marriage was seriously lacking in the bedroom department. Ideally I'd like to meet someone I could spend the whole time with. I'm not looking for prostitutes or anything like that. I know money will come up now and then for a "roof repair" or a "sick family member," and I get it. If things go well, maybe I'd stay longer.
So here's my point and my question. What's the "higher end" part of town, and where are the best places to meet women? Again, I'm just looking for a companion to spend time with, not a professional, and it'd be nice if she could hold an intelligent conversation on top of that.
While I'm there I'd also like to explore a bit and give skydiving a try.

You want a woman who can hold a conversation and who'll sleep with you right away for your entire stay... but not a prostitute or "anything like that." Surprisingly, there are quite a lot of young women who'll accompany foreigners on short trips and give them what they're after. Just be ready to pay for everything, compete with her phone (TikTok, Insta, Facebook), and put up with a fair bit of immaturity. The women who do this are usually younger and just want a fun, fully paid good time and some travel. I'm not trying to bring you down, but it's not that easy to guide a stranger to what they're looking for. You can find the nicer parts of the city on YouTube. Then go out, do things you enjoy, and if you're as you describe yourself, you'll do fine. There's also a pretty good chance you'll get scammed or the like. Just get your boots on the ground and have fun.
At 58… you're not that attractive, no matter what you think. At that age you're not far from a wheelchair.
Stay near Ayala. There's a really nice condo right across the street. A lot of older foreigners hang out at the rooftop bar of the mall during happy hour. Socialize a bit there and their girlfriends might introduce you to some friends.
