The final boss of cable management
Whenever I see something like this, I wonder how anyone knows which cable is which. I'm genuinely curious whether there's some system to it or it's mostly experience.

How many of those cables are obsolete, like old ADSL lines that should have been removed long ago?
And this is why standards and regulations exist
Any IT guy would poop his pants at the sight of this
This is what happens when they can't be bothered to hire qualified technical people and just hire untrained minimum-wage workers who don't care about, or even know about, cable management. No hate. That's just the reality here.
The Philippines is something else. Even some of the most struggling countries in Africa aren't like this
I laughed so hard the first time I saw a rack of electric meters way up on a pole. I still can't figure out why they'd put them so high that nobody can read them without a crane.
