It's easy to make your own. A bit more work, but you can make a decent batch and freeze it in portions. You'll also know what's in it.

Try S&R or Landers, that's usually where I get mine. I also see some sellers advertising on FB, not sure if they deliver all the way to the Bicol region.

I think I've seen them in the frozen section at Robinsons Supermarket. That was in a different part of the Philippines, but they might have them there too if there's a Robinsons or another supermarket.
