Everyone, has anyone here tried claiming a CHAMPVA reimbursement (maternity benefits) from the Philippines through their US citizen husband? How do you prepare and file the papers and so on?

You need to contact the VA and ask them to help you file a claim. The VA in the Philippines might be able to help you. https://www.va.gov/resources/how-to-file-a-champva-claim/
