(OC) Comic. My daughter wants glasses no matter what

Get her glasses without prescription lenses
Yep, pick some frames on Zenni, just go with a 0 and have fun.
I don't have a problem with people wearing glasses just for fashion, but it's also weird to me, because I have no choice but to wear them full time. I'm so jealous of people who don't have to, and it seems a bit nuts to wear them when you've been blessed with good eyesight. It feels like, 'Are you going to wear hearing aids to match your shirt?'
Maybe? But we're not talking about 'other people,' we're talking about your daughter. If I were a dad and my little girl wanted to wear a cooking pot as a hat, I'd let her, as long as it made her happy and didn't bother anyone else.
I know someone in their late 20s who didn't know that looking straight at the sun is bad for your eyes. I thought they were joking.
Sounds like presidential material to me /s
I used to stare at the sun as a kid. I'm also the only one of my parents and siblings who doesn't need glasses. Coincidence? I think not!

For some reason this reminds me of the time I walked in on my 4-year-old son straining himself like he was about to poop his pants, and I asked him, 'You good?' And through clenched teeth he goes, 'Yeah… hhhhnnngggh… I'm trying to… grow a beard'
As a kid I used to stare at the lights in church because I thought it was fun when it gave me basically blind spots. I'm almost 30 and my eyesight is god awful. I wonder why…
