Reminds me of a YouTube channel called How Ridiculous. A bunch of Australian guys breaking things in funny ways, including a giant mousetrap rig that can smash cars. At some point they figured out that attaching a giant chain to it makes it whip in the opposite direction, often breaking the sound barrier. In the latest video I saw, they were using it to punch holes in bulletproof glass.
I like watching I did a thing on YouTube.
