My black cat does this with one of my daughter's tiny Squishmallows. My daughter tries to keep it away from her, but I always know when she's found it because she makes the same yowling noises
I have a cat who does this with his pink butterfly toy and no other toy. Same as you, I know when he has it because he makes a sound he never makes otherwise. What IS this?!?!
Awww, mine did it with his gay worm. It was a worm toy on a stick. He dragged that thing everywhere, so eventually I zip-tied towels around the stick so it wouldn't clunk every time he dragged it down the stairs lol
How did you find out the worm was gay?
It was rainbow-colored.
Today I learned: cats yowl into bananas, Squishmallows, pink butterflies, and sponges, and there's such a thing as a 'hump towel.' Edit: thank you VictoriaWoodnt - adding the gay worm and purple 🦖 to my 'today I learned' list of yowl targets.
My cat has this same banana and it gets a similar reaction out of him. By the time he's done with it, it's dripping wet with drool. Had to get him a new one recently... the old one got dyed green from the catnip inside getting wet over and over.
