How can I bring my cat with me when I move away from the USA for good?

A lot of commenters don't understand that a cat or dog isn't just a pet anymore. It becomes family, and there's already attachment (love, care, affection). And everyone saying you can just get a new one here is just 🙄😔😞
Lots of rude replies to a valid concern.
Just give your cat to a friend. You can adopt a new one when you get to the Philippines...
Our rescued cat tom, 9 months old, found on the road.
I brought mine home on March 17, six adult cats in total. The Philippine Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI) issues permits to import pets or live animals, with a limit of 3 per person per year, so my husband and I had 3 each. A nonstop flight is best. We flew Philippine Airlines, the fare was $400 each from LAX to NAIA, and they were placed in a temperature-controlled compartment. Keep your cats up to date on their rabies and 4-in-1 or FVRCP vaccines, and flea treatment and dewormer must be given no less than 7 days after the BAI issues your import permit. It's best to check their website. You also have to prepare export paperwork, which is the Veterinary Health Certificate from USDA APHIS. My vet sent two sets of vet certificates online to USDA APHIS, 3 pets under my name and 3 under my husband's. They're only valid for 10 days, so that really had me on edge. I worked up the courage to email them, and a nice lady was very considerate and had a soft spot for cats too. We got them in time for our trip.
