The closest one with parking. Driving around town and struggling to park within a few blocks just to save a few pesos doesn't work for me.

If you have a WISE account, you can easily transfer to GCASH and withdraw from there. GCASH has a debit card too. Or you can get a WISE debit card and use it here for payments and withdrawals. App or physical card, whichever you have.
