Pampanga Most Wanted No. 9, 34-Year-Old Man Arrested — Charged with 3 Counts of Qualified Rape

📌 At around 7:30 PM on Monday, October 5, a 34-year-old man ranked No. 9 on the Pampanga Provincial Most Wanted list was arrested in Lubao, Pampanga, under a warrant of arrest. According to the Pampanga Provincial Police Office, the man had a warrant issued against him on three counts of qualified rape, and the court attached a recommendation that bail be denied.

■ Details of the Incident
· The arrest took place at Purok 4, San Roque Dau, Barangay Dau, Lubao (a different location from Dau in the city of Mabalacat).
· The warrant was issued by Branch 50 of the Regional Trial Court of Guagua, Pampanga, on three counts of violating Article 266-B of the Revised Penal Code (qualified rape).

■ Investigation and Current Status
· After informing the suspect of his constitutional rights, police turned him over to the CIDG Angeles Field Office while records were prepared and court procedures proceeded.
· Colonel Ricardo M. David, Provincial Director of the Pampanga Police Provincial Office, stated that all accused persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty and will go through due process.
· Police said they will continue to pursue other fugitives.
