My Bubble Gang Kings / The Original Bubble Gang.
It's so good to see the comedians I grew up watching back together. Bubble Gang was one of my favorite shows that I used to wait for every Friday night. I don't watch it anymore, though.
Besides these guys, I get so nostalgic thinking about how other classic GMA sitcoms filled our nights back then:
Cool Ka Lang
Nuts Entertainment
Lagot Ka, Isusumbong Kita
Daddy Di Do Du
Bahay Mo Ba To?
And there are others I've forgotten too ๐ญ Filipino comedy has really come a long way, but still, the old stuff, the shows you grew up watching, just hits different.
Which classic GMA sitcom is your favorite, or which ones do you remember?
Ray Bolero's "Kung Kailangan Mo Bato" (If You Need a Rock) is still stuck in my head ๐

I miss being able to joke about anything. People weren't as super sensitive as they are now. Back then, the sketches had satire and exaggeration. Comedians knew where their limits were, but they still pushed the comedy. These days everything gets canceled. ๐คท
SexBalls was so funny. And those sketches too. The ones with the taong grasa (beggar) acting like high society.
