I can't put into words how much I hate the trend of companies using AI for customer service. If you have a problem and can't talk to a real person, you really want to switch to another company. In my opinion, companies that want to save on customer service costs with AI might as well just shut down their customer service department.

Yeah, this place is finished. It mostly survives by relying on other countries and doesn't make much here. Exporting workers probably won't work well in a world where workers aren't needed.
