Hi everyone. I moved to the Philippines 3 weeks ago and I'm planning to stay until April or May to see if I can keep living here long-term.

Edit...

After doing more research, I'm looking in the Florence or Uptown area. Around 35–40k a month would be great, with a 6-month lease and a 2+1 deposit. Fully furnished if possible.

My opinion is to get out of cities like Manila 🌃

Moderator here. Please flesh out your post. This is like saying "I need a place to live in Los Angeles." You'd need to know whether you're living in Guadalupe Nuevo or Guadalupe Viejo, whether you're team Rockwell, team Poblacion, or team Legaspi Village. Tell us what you're looking for. Are you working from home, not interested in a family-oriented neighborhood but want nightlife, or are you planning to get ordained as a priest? Give us some clues, po.

I recommend Legaspi Village and Salcedo Village. You can live more comfortably and quietly there..

McKinley is a really nice area, so why not stay there?
