The title is BS. This is a festival in Oaxaca, Mexico, where bands like these all come together to play / have a friendly competition and do stuff like this

Clarinet battles are no joke. Have you ever seen anyone who actually knows how to play the clarinet? They're few and far between, so their battles are fierce
