Hello! 😊 To Filipinos and foreigners living in Makati: could you recommend condo buildings with few cockroach problems? 😭🪳 I'm currently living in Poblacion and want to move somewhere with better pest control. I'd appreciate honest experiences and recommendations. Thank you! ❤️

PS. I've already sprayed boric acid in every corner, bought sink covers, and tried gel bait, powder bait, and an electric cockroach trap. Even after all that they keep showing up, which is why I'm asking 😭

The problem with condos or high-rise buildings is that if one unit gets infested, it spreads to other units too!

It's One Legaspi Park in Legaspi Village, Makati. There are no cockroaches. Why? First of all, it's a top-tier building built and managed by Ayala, and about a third of the building is empty… 125 vacant condos. Since they're owned by investors, OFWs, or seasonal residents, not many people cook. Plus, there are nine indoor malls connected underground with over 500 restaurants. Good luck 👍

Use the tube-type cockroach bait that looks like peanut butter.

I used to run a pest control business in Florida, USA. Can you tell me if I can order my equipment (In2care for mosquitoes, acephate for ants)? I also need cockroach bait, should I come pick it up myself? I'm trying to retire comfortably, but bugs are the deal breaker. I'm already giving up on guns too. It feels like a prison.
