Do letters sent from abroad through the Philippine post office (Phil Post) have to be picked up at the post office, or are they delivered to my door? I'm staying in Quezon City.

Where I live, they deliver a note saying there's mail waiting for you to come pick it up… seriously.

I've received letters and packages from Europe and India at home before. I live in a condo, and the mail carrier leaves them at the condo management office.

Send it with FedEx. PhilPost is never on schedule at all.
