LTO-Accredited Driving License Practical Exam Center Opens in Pandan, Angeles — Third in Pampanga

📌 On Wednesday, November 4, a new Land Transportation Office (LTO)-accredited Practical Driving Exam Center (PDEC) opened on Pandan-Tabun Road in Barangay Pandan, Angeles City, Pampanga. According to CLTV36, it is the third PDEC in Pampanga.

■ What's Changing
· The opening ceremony was led by Arvey Claire Cabrera of AC Technical Testing Center and attended by LTO officials.
· A PDEC is where applicants who have completed theory classes and practice at a driving school take an actual driving test with LTO staff to determine whether they qualify for a license.
· Besides Angeles, there are also PDECs in Mabalacat and San Fernando.

■ Tips for Residents and Travelers
· If you live in Angeles and have a practical driving test coming up, there is now one more place in the city where you can take it.
· Check the exam schedule and what to bring with your driving school or the LTO in advance.
