I'm looking for a lawyer who has experience with landlord-tenant issues. Someone a bit aggressive would be even better. I'm in the Plaridel/Balagtas area.

If you can prove a serious crime (extortion, etc.), you can report it straight to the central police station. They'll call the landlord in, put pressure on him, and make him return the money he owes. Lawyers cost money with no guarantee of results, and a court case in the Philippines can take years.
