Go to a hospital, they have doctors
If you need specific maintenance meds, you'll need to see a specialist for your condition, since regular doctors won't prescribe specialist meds or narcotics. Narcotics are also hard to get here because of government regulations, and usually only severe cases get them.
There are some good doctors at St. Luke's in BGC. I'm not sure what kind of medicine you're looking for, but I see Dr. Evan Vista for my autoimmune issues
You could try a teleconsult. Search for 'Doktor on the Go' here on FB.
You won't get anything stronger than naproxen, ibuprofen, or Tylenol, even if you're dying.
