The weather is nice, but there's an active volcano nearby, you know. In my opinion, don't buy, just rent. ☁️☁️✌🏻

I lived there for 13 years, and after the Taal volcano erupted, the next three months were pure hell. I don't ever want to go through that again. Then COVID hit, and even though I have a disability, I was completely forgotten. No one from the Brgy (barangay) office, the police, the military, neighbors, or even my landlord ever came to check on me. I had a good time living there, but the changes have been so big that it's become similar to Manila now, and for me, that beauty is gone...

Yes, I live nearby. There's a good hospital close by, Landers and S&R are very close, Batangas beach is close, and if you take the Skyway, it's easy to get to Manila, Makati, and Quezon City. The temperature is cool too, and there are green spaces like Nuvali, Greenfield, and Eton, and Laguna Highlands is nearby.

I found it too expensive, humid, damp, with not much shopping, almost no taxis, crowded, nothing to do, and oh, I really felt it was way too expensive. I don't think it's a good fit for me.
