I'm flying out of Bicol International Airport in Legazpi. Until pretty recently the food options here were pretty meh, but they've gotten quite good. Posting a few pictures to help you plan next time :)

Wow, what an improvement! I always used to bring snacks when flying out of Legazpi because there was nothing to eat. Glad to see there are quite a few options now.
