LBH
I'd agree that many foreigners moving to the Philippines aren't particularly impressive, and there are a lot of washed-up old men among them. Still, it's a good thing for like-minded people to gather together. The Filipino people as a whole aren't exactly impressive right now, and I don't think they'll become impressive in the future either. As for the past... well, there's not much to brag about there either. It's a relief that LBH makes up less than 1% of the population. Let's see some decent behavior. That way, even a pot-bellied guy like Bob who gets a $1,500 monthly pension might barely get hurt by that label.
It's not right to judge people like that… People might look at you and think you were a loser back in your home country. Why do you think you're better than other foreigners? After all, you'll get old someday too. We all do. I find it strange to criticize or mock older people for enjoying their lives. Why would you? Just because they live on a pension? You're a pitiful and lonely person.
Everyone, please don't reply to posts like this. This is a rage-bait troll post that gets posted every day. It was written by a narrow-minded Filipino or a bot trying to boost views. It only aims to spread hatred and hostility in this community, so don't take the bait.
If being called an LBH means I can fully retire before my mid-30s and live my way across Southeast Asia and Latin America, then fine. Alright, I'm happy to be an LBH anytime.
What does LBH mean?
