What are the best apps for sending money from the US to the Philippines?
I tried Wise but had nothing but problems.
Any others that work well?

A good number of us move most of our money with Schwab, Betterment and Fidelity ATM cards, since they fully rebate the 250-peso ATM fee and there's no international surcharge. Team Metro Manila pulls 40K at a time from UnionBank and HSBC. We pull 20K at a time from Chinabank (a Filipino bank, not a Chinese one). Outside of credit cards with no foreign fees, it's the best exchange rate. Wise is comparable to those ATM cards, but you're having issues with Wise. Good luck.
