Is Van Boys on a downward slide these days?
I've never watched his content. He always showed the Philippines as a perfect paradise and never presented the negative side in a balanced way (though it has changed recently).
But it really does seem like he's on a downward slide. He says his father got scammed out of about $1 million and he's now looking for work in the Philippines. He posted about getting hit by a security guard without any context. Now his girlfriend has left him, and he's demanding she give him the money back and publicly shaming her online, saying something about how her private parts smell (the attached audio is about that). Looking at what she posted, it seems like the reason she suddenly left was him.
Of course none of us can know exactly what happened, but I'm starting to get a strange feeling about this guy.
Lastly, I'm not a lawyer, but this is a good lesson for us foreigners about being careful what we post online while in the Philippines. The cyber libel law here (RA 10175) is stricter than what we're used to.
This guy's IQ is on the level of a street dog from inbreeding.
I never believed the 'my dad got scammed' story from the start, and now I'm totally sure it's bullshit. He's looking for a job in the Philippines now, for real? Would someone with a million dollars invest in a project run by people they barely know? And after the scam came out, he didn't have enough money to get a decent job back in the US, so he's begging for work in the Philippines? Please.

I never liked this idiot from the start. I was really relieved when he left Thailand with his fucking 'content'. Influencers like him are a cancer, and they've ruined a lot of what made Southeast Asia easy to live in to begin with.
