Isn't this VAWC?

This is a video of a pastor in Bulacan hitting a child. These people can never beat the allegations, seriously. 🙄

What did I just watch? They could have just told the parents to step outside the venue and calm the kid down. But what's worse is that the congregation tolerates that kind of behavior from the pastor.

VAWC doesn't apply to someone you don't know. This is handled as physical injuries under the Revised Penal Code; VAWC doesn't apply because there's no relationship of the kind the law requires.
