I need to replace the battery in my iPhone 16 Pro. I live in Quezon City. I went to PowerMac, an Apple Authorized Service Provider. I only want an Apple Authorized provider. The technician said it would take 10 to 12 weeks. When I offered to prepay so they could order the battery, they said no. They just said 10 to 12 weeks.
I've contacted several other Apple Authorized service providers on WhatsApp and FB Messenger. None of them have replied. They don't answer when I call either. It's just like when I was dating in the US.
Does anyone know a legitimate Apple Authorized service provider in Metro Manila? I don't want to go to a place like the Junes Phone Fixit kiosk in Greenhills. I want an Apple Authorized service provider.
Honestly, it would be better to just fly over to Singapore and get it fixed there. It'll cost a bit more, but it's basically a mini trip, and you can be confident Apple will fix it properly.
Green Hills Mall... it's not an Apple service center, but you can get it done there. Is your phone still under warranty? Or does it not matter where you get it fixed...
It might actually be more economical to just buy a new iPhone and move your iCloud backup over. If there's no really important data on your phone, I'd strongly recommend buying one of the popular brand phones sold here.
Try Beyond The Box. If they have the battery in stock, they'll replace it the same day.
