I hit a cat pretty hard to protect my property. Was I wrong?
So basically there's a cat that tears up everyone's garbage every trash day, and on top of that it poops on my front doorstep. Diarrhea, at that. It also damaged my neighbor's motorbike by clawing the seat. Anyway, it was digging through the trash, so I hit it pretty hard with a stick. LET IT BE KNOWN that I first tried spraying vinegar around the area to keep it away, but it didn't work. The cat doesn't come around anymore, so it was effective.
So instead of buying a proper trash can or closing your car door, you beat a sick animal. If I'd seen that, I'd have beaten you within an inch of your life. Screw you.

If that's really your face, you could get deported from the Philippines for animal cruelty. Just saying.
Couldn't you have invested in a decent trash can with a secure lid, like a responsible human being?
It is what it is. Some people would have been far crueler and tortured the poor animal. You just wanted it gone.
Ask yourself whether you'd treat a hungry homeless person digging through the trash for food the same way
