With pre-existing conditions, most insurance companies won't cover you for the first year. Even after a year, some still won't, and the ones that do will charge a high premium.
Without fail, whenever someone asks about healthcare, there are countless replies saying 'pm me po, I can help.' I'm asking one of the admins to look into it — there's no way to know whether these 'responders' are legit or scammers.
Cash is king. I hope you don't get caught by a false sense of security when the time comes. Unfortunately, things are very different over here. Even though the US gives the Philippines millions in healthcare aid.
Here's how I see it. We all have to go someday. Might as well be somewhere I'm happy.
