I applied twice: once in Cebu in 2023 and paid 18k, and once in Manila in 2025 and paid 23k. Both took about 3–4 months to come out, and I had to check the immigration website every month.

If I'm not mistaken, the first application costs around ₱14,000–₱15,000, and the second around ₱18,000–₱19,000. Processing time depends on where you live and where you apply. For example, if you apply at the main office you'll probably wait about two months, but if you apply in Cebu it could take three to four months.
