I got it at my next renewal.. so it took two months

In Manila, as I recall, it came out right away, and in Angeles you have to wait 30 days. If you're not in a hurry it's fine, they wait until your next 58-day visa extension. Mine was almost always there already, though about 6 years ago they processed me by mistake and I had to wait another 30 days

FYI.. if you retire here and get the SRRV, you don't need an ACR card. The SRRV card serves that purpose.
