Hello everyone! I hope you're all doing well. I'd like to ask about my husband's Annual Report for his 13A permanent residency.

We're currently in the US for medical reasons, and we plan to go back to the Philippines around January or February. Since we need to come back to the US as soon as possible, how many days does my husband have to stay in the Philippines after completing his Annual Report before he can return to the US?

We'd really appreciate any advice or information about the required stay and any other immigration requirements he needs to complete before leaving. Thank you so much!

There's no minimum stay. If you're not in the country at the time of the Annual Report, you have 30 days after you come back to do it. Every time he leaves, he'll pay the ECC-B at the airport (3,380 pesos). His ACR-I card has to be valid at the time of departure.

It can be done online, but every 5 years you need a new ACR card, and you have to show up in person. Then about 6 weeks or more later, you pick up the new card. No need to stay. It takes 5 minutes plus waiting in line.

I was told that once I have my card, I can go to the States for up to 3 years and then have to come back to the Philippines.
