After almost five years here, I've finally found this site. It's been really helpful, thank you ๐Ÿ˜Š
Here's the problem I'm having today. I'm trying to fill out the CRBA form to report a birth, but when I open the form it's split up and unreadable. What now?

Rotate your phone, that's what I had to do

You didn't say what device and app you're using. Print it and use a pen. Go old school if worst comes to worst. Or edit your post and give us more info.
