Could you recommend a good lawyer? I have tenants on my land and I need to evict them. It's in the Tarlac area.

You'll need to file an ejectment case..

If you buy land in the Philippines, you should visit at least once a month to check whether someone has moved in without permission. Once people move in, it's really hard to get them out. Put up a fence, visit often, or pay a neighbor to keep an eye on it. Check carefully to protect your investment. That's my take ☁️☁️✌🏻

I don't know if you're willing to go all the way to Pangasinan Bani, but I strongly recommend this office. A woman was officially handling our case, but the actual work was done by very capable staff. They saved us a huge amount of money, so it was worth every peso.

Honestly, who wants this kind of drama? Even if you evict them legally, some psycho might show up wanting to shoot you. If you choose to live in an area like this, you have to accept that. It's basically lawless, with almost no enforcement rules, especially for foreigners.
