Filipino-style business sense
I've lost count of the sighs. Deeeeeeeep exhales, too.
1-bedroom = 100k, 2-bedroom in the same building = 200k (BGC, by the way), and both are just mediocre places
๐ญ๐ Either I've lost my mind, or there's something besides pollution in the air here.
From what I understand, what the Philippines can really offer (to those interested) over America and high-cost European countries is a wider range of options at the cheap end of rentals. There are cheaper places to live in the US too, but nobody wants to live in poor white rural towns or the impoverished ghetto parts of cities.
But hey, whatever, let's get a condo surrounded by slums. It's only $200 a month and we get to eat out every day๐คฆ๐พโโ๏ธ๐คฆ๐พโโ๏ธ๐คฆ๐พโโ๏ธ๐คฆ๐พโโ๏ธ๐คฆ๐พโโ๏ธ
Correction: you're surrounded by slums, and what you're eating is deep-fried garbage with no vegetables for at least 7 miles in any direction.
I once saw a sign like this: 1 for โฑ50 2 for โฑ100 3 for โฑ200
It's like a mini North Korea, except with the nicest people in the world.
Rent is usually priced by square meter, not by bedroom. BGC is around 1,000โ1,200 per sqm. Maybe you came across an outlier
I'd rather live in the countryside where it's safe.
If you've got a problem with white people, feel free to live in a poor black rural area, pal. ๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธ๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธ๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธ๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธ๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธ I agree with everything except the racist bit you couldn't help adding.
