Yes 👍 it's the ultimate best way to transfer money. Write a personal check to yourself at BDO for 4,999.99 — it costs 5 dollars and takes 20 banking days. Then withdraw it and exchange it somewhere with a better rate than the bank. Keep the receipt from where you exchanged it, because the bank will want a copy
