Has anyone had an e-travel application rejected because "the passport can't be seen, the photo for verifying the information I uploaded can't be seen"? I just left there in June, and I've traveled all over the world with this 7-year-old passport. Also, Delta says I need a health certificate, but I know that's not true.
If the airline will just let me board, has anyone handled e-travel from the Philippines (Cebu)? This is a big first for me.
Thank you
Mike
Just got an email from Immigration. Looks like the system was stuck in some kind of infinite loop. Everything's been sorted out, and it was the official website. Thank you so much to everyone who helped.
First, calm down. Maybe it's a new feature, but eTravel has never scanned my passport. I always typed in all the information myself. Use https://etravel.gov.ph, not the phone app. Don't search for it on Google, there are scam sites that charge $70. eTravel is free. Don't forget to do it 72 hours before your flight departs. If possible, use a computer for the web app rather than a phone. Since COVID I haven't heard anything about a health certificate. I'm worried you've landed on a scam site or app. That was about 5 years ago.
Apparently there's a PHP vulnerability problem worldwide. That might be what's causing the loop.
You just present your actual physical passport along with eTravel.... You don't need health insurance.
