What's electricity costing per kW these days?

Last night I was talking with friends about electric bills. The three of us live in different condos within a couple of blocks of each other.

My electricity is 22 pesos per kW, and my friends pay 15 and 26.

I was surprised how big the difference is between units. I'm in Cebu City and just curious what everyone else pays.

Two of you are getting ripped off by the condo operators. 15 is the going consumer rate right now

Cebeco 1 -- total bill divided by kWh used comes to p15.23.

This month it's P15.93 from Meralco in Metro Manila. Condos tend to buy grid power on commercial agreements, then add generator costs and other fees they come up with themselves.
