Just curious. I heard there's a Bureau of Immigration (BI) office at NAIA. Is that true? Where is it located, and what are its operating hours? Do they also handle visa extension services? What time do they close?

The One Stop Shop (OSS) is located in the government office area on the 3rd floor of NAIA Terminal 3. It's open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You can get a 29-day extension right after you arrive.
