Just curious. If you hold a CDL, can you get a job driving a truck in the Philippines? And does anyone know if there are American companies in the Philippines?

John Latour. Truck driving jobs don't pay much in this country. Unless you're willing to get $10 for 12+ hours a day... I suggest you stay home and save enough to retire in the Philippines.

Just remember, if you have an accident, say your brakes failed. It's treated as an act of God here, lots of people use that excuse.
