Pretty much everything is available (well, most of it), but is it the real deal? Rarely, unless you make it yourself! I run a food truck (service) with authentic North American food in Angeles City. It's called Yummy Tummy Pampanga and you can order on GrabFood. My specialties are Jamaican jerk chicken and beef stew with dumplings, both served with rice and peas and plantain. We also have what's arguably the best Philly cheesesteak in Angeles, made with slow-cooked sirloin.

Where to buy

Yes, there's plenty of ground corn kernels, aka corn rice or grits, in the Philippines! 🇵🇭

Not the same thing

There's a huge difference between ground corn/cornmeal and grits.

No luck finding it

Nope!! I looked everywhere and finally found some in an open container where you weigh out as much as you want, and it was full of roaches 😩🤢
