Bulacan, San Jose del Monte: Classes and work suspended from October 12 to 14

📌 From Monday, October 12, to Wednesday, October 14, classes and work will be suspended in San Jose del Monte City, Bulacan Province. This is because the Manila Water Supply and Sanitation Authority (MWSS) will cut water supply to the city while it repairs several water transmission lines. Classes are suspended for all grade levels, both public and private.

■ What's changing
· The City Information Office announced that, following the recommendation of the local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, classes and work will be suspended from Monday, October 12, to Wednesday, October 14.
· The class suspension applies to all grade levels in both public and private schools. Reports have not confirmed whether private companies are included.
· The Guiguinto Water District said that due to MWSS transmission line work, water pressure may be low or water may be cut off in several areas of Bulacan on October 13 to 14 (Philstar report).

■ Tips for residents and travelers
· If you live in Bulacan or will be staying there during this period, store water in advance and use it sparingly.
· For any extension or early lifting of the suspension, check the official channels of the San Jose del Monte City Information Office.
