How do those of you who work out or do bodybuilding in the Philippines eat?

I'm thinking about ordering from a meal prep company, but I'd also like to see what everyone here eats every day.

Thank you

I eat similarly. Chicken and rice. Ground beef and rice. Tuna. Corned beef actually has a decent nutritional profile too. Eggs. Cheese. Greek yogurt. Vegetables. No alcohol, no smoking. I only eat out rarely and for a reason, and even then I stick to basic food.

71M: No alcohol, no smoking. I rarely eat processed food, though I do cheat now and then with a bag of Doritos. At 9am before the gym I have oatmeal with fruit and a big cup of coffee. Every day I eat chicken and pork with fresh vegetables, steamed or stir-fried. Sweets in moderation. A Filipina lady does my meal prep, and she wants me to live very, very, very long. I train at Anytime Fitness 5 days a week for about 2 hours. Mon/Wed/Fri: 5 upper-body machines, 3 sets x 12 reps. Tue/Thu: 4 lower-body machines, 3 sets x 12 reps. I finish with 15 minutes on the treadmill at incline 5.5, speed 5.5, plus a cooldown. Testosterone-c 100mg intramuscular injection once a week. Height 5'8", maintaining a weight of 77kg.

SNR chicken thighs, pounds of fresh vegetables. US Costco canned chicken (it's really great), meatballs made from mixed beef and pork, and a 30-egg tray for the egg whites.
