They might be trying to bring in something big and opening the side panel. Usually there are latches on the top and bottom of the side panel so it can be opened when the door isn't wide enough.
I've never seen a store post its business hours as a 5-digit number. Look at the "numbers" on the door. They're blurred and don't make sense.
None of them are 5 digits. It just looks like a normal, low-quality business hours sign.
