I'm flying from Bangkok and arriving at Manila Terminal 3 at 3:15 PM, and I'll be taking a connecting flight to Cebu from the same terminal. Considering immigration and baggage claim, how much time should I leave between my Manila arrival and my Cebu departure? And if the Cebu flight departs from Terminal 2, how much longer would it take?

Never do a transit or plane change in Manila. Always take a direct flight to Cebu, or connect through another country that flies to Cebu. Never go to Manila 🤣.

Cebu is quick. Book a 7 PM departure. You'll arrive around 8 PM.
