Honestly, we had an immigration specialist do it and it only cost $90 (USD). They told us what paperwork they needed, made all the copies, put each of the (5) sets in the right order, and even walked it over to immigration with us. We live in Davao, but I'm sure there's someone near you. I watched people in front of us struggle and then go make copies.
