Does anyone have a really expensive PC?

I'm looking to buy one for work and am searching for a really good price. Most of them seem to be overpriced or just basic PC-cafe models. I'd like to get something with an RTX 4080 Super for about 200k more, at a reasonable price.

It's the RAMagedon. RAM, GPU, and SSD prices have skyrocketed. A PC with a 5080, 32GB RAM, and a 2TB SSD has gone up 50% in just a year.

I took my computer in for repair, but there were no replacement parts for it here at all. It's hard to find high-end hardware here.

Power and Warranty Advice

Be sure to budget for a proper UPS and AVR as well. When I was in El Nido, the power kept cutting out, and the voltage spikes when electricity comes back on can kill a power supply. Buy from a local shop you can visit in person that offers warranty. Here, RMA shipping for parts takes forever. Also, keep it somewhere with air conditioning or at least good airflow. Heat and humidity are harsh on high-end graphics cards.

Over the past few years I've brought several rounds of parts from the US in my luggage and in Balikbayan boxes. With the current global market situation plus local price gouging, building here is pretty tough. As long as you don't insist on specific models, high-end parts aren't that hard to get. Importing is possible too, but it costs money. The RMA (warranty service) support also isn't very reliable.

i9 14900K, Samsung 980 Pro 1TB SSD, Samsung 960 EVO 1TB SSD, Samsung 980 Pro 2+2TB RAID SSD, 64GB 6000MHz CL30 DDR5, RTX 4090 By today's standards, that's a pretty expensive build.
