Notice on the 2026 Survey of Overseas Korean Organizations

To conduct the Survey of Overseas Korean Organizations hosted by the Overseas Koreans Agency, we are collecting information and data on overseas Korean organizations within our jurisdiction. The registered data will be used as basic data for establishing future overseas Korean policies and implementing support projects. As it can also help in understanding the general status, such as the size and status of the region and the Korean community, we kindly request your cooperation in providing accurate information.

1. Survey Items
ㅇ Organization Status (Required)
- Complete and submit the Excel form in [Attachment 1]
- Submit the Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information for Organizations (organization address, organization phone number, organization email, etc.) in [Attachment 2]
* When submitting the organization membership list, it is necessary to complete the form in Attachment 3 and the consent form in Attachment 4
ㅇ If you agree to provide individual information (Optional)
- Submit the individual membership list in [Attachment 3]
- Submit the Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information for Individual Members in [Attachment 4]

2. List of Major Organizations
ㅇ Korean Association, Culture and Arts, Korean Language School, Education/Academia, Economy/Business, Media (Press/Broadcasting), Society/Welfare, NGO, Economy/Business, Religion, Sports, Science/IT, Medical/Health, Women, Next Generation, Senior Citizens Association, Veterans/Patriots, Legal, History, Politics/Government, Descendants Association, Veterans/Patriots, Fellowship, Others
